Really perfect base for a stopover. The hotel was excellent value with pleasant employees on other receptionists. Ideal location in a quiet area just off other facilities, the services and restaurants and shops.

Friendly and helpful staff, all areas very clean and well cared for.
Although our room was for disabled it lacked a chair for an able bodied guest---one chair was not enough

Spacious and comfortable room with good amenities.
The shower had mouldy patches that were off-putting.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.
I didnt see any lift in the hotel had to carry out bags up the stairs to our room. Access to motorway from hotel confusing to strangers needs to be signposted better.

Convenient for travelling south after an evening event in Warwick and not noisy although located in a motorway service area.
Bath was difficult for someone with bad back and weak knees to get into and out of.

We stayed in hotel for 20 days, and housekeeping staff always make us welcome, we feel like at home, cleanest of the room is great, staff attentive, kind.
For the early check in extra charges, make us a little disappointing

Housekeeping is doing great job, rooms is very very clean, staff is friendly approach, attentive, follow up with your needs.Bravo!
Only one thing is disappointing, for the early check in for two hours we had to pay 20 pound. Other more valuable hotels we stayed we did not face with such a case;(((

Quiet, comfortable room
No lift. We booked a double and a single and requested to be near each other but got separate floors. Asked to have our Wyndham rewards points added (and get our "goodie bag") and were refused both. Reception staff had absolutely no idea about the surrounding area or even what catering facilities were available in the adjoining service area. There was no sit down restaurant - just fast food and coffee bar.

I was actually surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, important for us seniors.
More power points would enhance convenience for seniors.
